  • Why is my MARKLIFE printer printing blank labels?

    This usually happens if the label paper is installed upside down. Ensure the print surface (sticker side) is facing the print head. Also, check if you are using thermal paper, as these printers do not use ink.

  • How do I connect the printer to my phone via Bluetooth?

    Do not pair the printer comfortably in your phone's system Bluetooth settings. Instead, turn on Bluetooth and Location services, open the 'Marklife' app, and click the 'UNLINK' or printer icon in the corner to search for and connect to your device directly within the app.

  • Why is the red light flashing on my printer?

    A flashing red light typically indicates low battery power. Please charge the printer immediately. If the red light is solid, it may indicate that the cover is open, the printer is out of paper, or the print head is overheated.

  • Why are my labels printing blurry or incomplete?

    Blurry printing can be caused by low battery (charge the device) or a dirty print head. It is recommended to clean the print head gently with an alcohol swab while the device is off. Also, ensure you have performed label calibration in the app.

  • What app do I need for MARKLIFE printers?

    You need to download the 'Marklife' app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to design labels and control the printer.
