5.2. Starting a Workout

Ensure the walking pad is plugged in and the main power switch is on.
Short press the On/Off button on the remote control. The display will show a countdown (e.g., "3-2-1") and then start at a low speed (e.g., 0.5 MPH).
Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust your desired walking speed. The maximum speed is 4 MPH.
To pause, short press the On/Off button. To resume, short press it again.
To end your workout, long press the On/Off button to turn off the walking pad.

5.3. Preset Modes

The walking pad offers preset countdown modes for your workouts:
