This manual provides instructions for the proper use and maintenance of the ELEGOO Mercury Plus 3.0 Wash Tank. This large-capacity washing container is designed for efficient post-processing of resin 3D printed models, offering compatibility with the Mercury Plus V3.0 Wash and Cure Station.
The wash tank features a generous 7.5L capacity, allowing for the cleaning of larger models or multiple smaller prints simultaneously. Its design incorporates features for both basket and hanging cleaning methods, ensuring thorough resin removal.

2. Yaliyomo kwenye Kifurushi

3. Kuweka

- Chunguza Uharibifu: Check the wash tank and accessories for any signs of damage during transit. Contact support if any issues are found.
- Andaa Suluhisho la Kusafisha: Fill the wash tank with an appropriate cleaning solution (e.g., Isopropyl Alcohol, Ethanol) up to the MAX 7.5L line, or to a level sufficient to submerge your printed models.
- Install Build Plate Holders (if using hanging mode): If you intend to clean models directly on the build plate, attach the adjustable build plate holders to the washing basket using the provided hex key and screws. Ensure they are securely fastened and adjusted to fit your specific build plate size.

4. Maagizo ya Uendeshaji
The ELEGOO Mercury Plus 3.0 Wash Tank supports two primary cleaning modes:
4.1 Basket Cleaning Mode
This mode is suitable for models that have been removed from the build plate.
- Carefully remove your 3D printed model(s) from the build plate.
- Place the model(s) into the washing basket.
- Lower the washing basket into the wash tank, ensuring the models are fully submerged in the cleaning solution.
- Close the lid securely to prevent splashes and evaporation.
- Initiate the washing cycle on your Mercury Plus V3.0 Wash and Cure Station (sold separately).
- After the cleaning cycle, remove the basket, allow excess solution to drip off, and proceed with drying and curing the models.
Maximum washing volume for basket cleaning: 230 × 135 × 260 mm.
4.2 Hanging Cleaning Mode
This mode allows for cleaning models directly on the build plate, minimizing handling.
- Attach the adjustable build plate holders to the washing basket (if not already done).
- Secure your build plate, with the printed model(s) still attached, onto the adjustable holders within the washing basket.
- Lower the washing basket and build plate assembly into the wash tank, ensuring the models are fully submerged in the cleaning solution.

- Initiate the washing cycle on your Mercury Plus V3.0 Wash and Cure Station.
- After the cleaning cycle, carefully remove the build plate, allow excess solution to drip off, and proceed with model removal, drying, and curing.
Maximum washing volume for hanging cleaning: 214 × 135 × 180 mm.

5. Matengenezo
- Kusafisha tanki: Regularly clean the wash tank and basket with warm water and mild soap. Ensure all resin residue is removed.
- Ubadilishaji wa Suluhisho: Replace the cleaning solution periodically, especially when it becomes cloudy or heavily saturated with resin. Dispose of used resin-contaminated solution according to local regulations.
- Muhuri wa Kifuniko: Ensure the rubber seal on the lid is clean and free of debris to maintain a tight, splash-proof, and evaporation-resistant closure.
- Hifadhi: Store the wash tank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use. The tank is made of high-quality PP plastic, offering chemical and heat resistance for durability.
6. Utatuzi wa shida
- Resin Residue After Washing:
- Ensure models are fully submerged in the cleaning solution.
- Check the cleaning solution concentration and replace if it appears diluted or heavily contaminated.
- Increase washing time or consider a second wash cycle.
- Kifuniko hakijafungwa vizuri:
- Inspect the rubber seal for any damage or debris. Clean or replace if necessary.
- Ensure the lid is correctly aligned and latched on all sides.
