4.2 Kuanza Mazoezi
- Ensure the treadmill is plugged in and the safety key is correctly placed on the console.

- Adjust the pins to the desired incline level (1.5%, 5%, or 8%). Ensure both sides are set equally.
- Step back onto the treadmill and resume your workout.

4.4 Preset Programs and Modes
