The included travel backpack is specifically designed to safely transport your CZUR scanner and accessories. It features a dedicated strap for securing the scanner, comfortable shoulder straps, and durable zippers.

4. Kuweka
4.1 Usanidi wa Kichanganuzi
- Unpack the scanner and place it on a stable, flat surface.
- Unfold the scanner arm to its upright position.
- Connect the USB cable from the scanner to your computer.

5. Maagizo ya Uendeshaji
5.1 Document Scanning

- Open the CZUR scanning software on your computer.
- Place the document or book on the positioning mat within the designated scanning area.

5.2 OCR Text Recognition
The CZUR Ultra Pro supports Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology, allowing you to convert scanned images into editable text formats.
- After scanning a document, select the OCR function within the CZUR software.
- Choose the desired output format (e.g., Word, PDF, Excel, TIFF).
- The software will process the image and convert the text.
- Review and save the editable document.

5.3 Backpack Carrying
When carrying the backpack, ensure the adjustable straps are set to a comfortable length to distribute weight evenly.

6. Matengenezo
- Kusafisha Scanner: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the scanner's exterior. For the camera lens and LED lights, use a lens cleaning cloth and solution. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
