This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, installation, and operation of your TECMOJO 12U Open Frame Network Rack. Please read these instructions carefully before beginning assembly to ensure proper setup and safe use of the product. Retain this manual for future reference.
2. Bidhaa Imeishaview
The TECMOJO 12U Open Frame Network Rack is designed for organizing IT and AV equipment. It features a 4-post design, mobility with casters, and includes server shelves and mounting hardware for 19-inch network, audio, and video devices.
2.1 Sifa Muhimu
- Uwezo wa Kupakia: Constructed from durable cold-rolled steel, offering a load-bearing capacity of 260 lbs (floor-mounted).
- Uhamaji: Equipped with four casters for easy movement. Casters include brakes for stability.
- Included Shelves: Comes with two ventilated 1U server shelves.
- Muundo wa Kuzuia Kuteleza: Features anti-slip shelf stops to secure devices on shelves.
- Usimamizi wa Cable: Integrated grommet holes on the top panel for organized cable routing.

4. Kuweka na Kukusanya
Assembly typically requires one person and takes approximately 30-60 minutes. A power screwdriver is recommended for efficiency, though an L wrench is provided.
4.1 Hatua za Kusanyiko
- Fungua Vipengee: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and verify against the 'Components Included' list.
- Kukusanya Fremu: Connect the side posts to the top and bottom frame sections using the provided hardware. Ensure all screws are tightened securely.
- Sakinisha Casters: Attach the four casters to the bottom frame. Ensure the casters with brakes are positioned for easy access.
- Sakinisha Rafu: Position the 1U ventilated shelves at desired heights within the rack. Secure them using the provided 10-32 screws.
- Attach Shelf Stops and Back Supports: Install the anti-slip shelf stops on the shelves to prevent equipment movement. Attach the rack shelf back supports for enhanced stability and load capacity.

4.2 Uwekaji wa Ukuta (Si lazima)
For wall-mounted installations, use the included mounting hole drilling template and M5*30 wall mounting screws. Ensure the mounting surface can support the rack's weight and equipment (up to 130 lbs).

5. Maagizo ya Uendeshaji
5.1 Installing Equipment
- Align your 19-inch rack-mountable equipment with the tapped holes on the rack posts.
- Use the provided 10-32 screws to secure equipment. Ensure equipment is evenly distributed to maintain stability.
- For non-rack-mountable equipment, place them on the ventilated shelves and use the anti-slip shelf stops to prevent movement.
5.2 Usimamizi wa Cable
Utilize the grommet holes on the top panel for routing cables. Use the included Velcro straps and cable ties to organize and secure cables, preventing strain and improving airflow.

5.3 Uhamaji na Uthabiti
- To move the rack, ensure all caster brakes are disengaged.
- When the rack is in its desired position, engage the caster brakes to prevent unintended movement.
