3. Kuweka
3.1 Kufungua
- Carefully remove all packaging materials from the slicer.

- Press the blade firmly onto the spindle and turn the central locking knob clockwise until it clicks into place, securing the blade.
- To remove, turn the locking knob counter-clockwise and carefully pull the blade off.

4.1 Preparing for Slicing
- Place the slicer on a clean, dry, and stable surface. Ensure the non-slip suction feet are firmly attached.

- Place the food item onto the food carriage. For larger items, you may need to cut them to fit.

- Nyama: For best results, slightly chill meat before slicing. Use the smooth blade.
- Jibini: Firm cheeses slice best when slightly chilled. Use the smooth blade.
