This manual provides essential instructions for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Vortex Multix TKL Mechanical Keyboard. Please read this manual thoroughly to ensure proper use and longevity of your device.
The Vortex Multix TKL is a high-performance mechanical keyboard featuring Gateron Pro Yellow switches, hot-swappable switch sockets, screw-in stabilizers, an O-ring mounting mechanism, and durable doubleshot PBT keycaps. It is designed for a superior typing experience.

2. Yaliyomo kwenye Kifurushi

- Locate the detachable USB-C cable included in the package.
- Connect the USB-C end of the cable to the port on the back of the Vortex Multix TKL keyboard.
- Connect the USB-A end of the cable to an available USB port on your computer (PC, Mac, or Linux system).
- The keyboard should be automatically recognized by your operating system. No additional drivers are typically required for basic functionality.

Once connected, the keyboard is ready for immediate use. Test typing to ensure all keys are functioning correctly. The keyboard features a standard TKL (Tenkeyless) layout.

4.1 Sifa Muhimu
- Gateron Pro Yellow Switches: These linear mechanical switches provide a smooth and consistent keystroke, ideal for both typing and gaming.
- Vifunguo vya PBT vya Picha Mbili: Manufactured using a doubleshot process, these keycaps offer exceptional durability and legends that will not fade over time.
- O-Ring Mounting Mechanism: This mounting style provides a softer, more cushioned typing feel and can contribute to a unique sound profile.
- Screw-in Stabilizers: Enhanced stability for larger keys like Spacebar, Shift, and Enter, reducing wobble and improving consistency.
- Hot-swappable Sockets: The keyboard features hot-swappable switch sockets, allowing you to change switches without soldering. This enables customization of typing feel and sound.
- Mwangaza nyuma: The keyboard includes a backlight feature. Specific controls for backlight modes and brightness may be accessible via function key combinations (refer to the keyboard's keycap legends or manufacturer's website for detailed shortcuts).

5. Matengenezo
5.1 Kusafisha Kinanda
- Keycaps: Use a keycap puller to carefully remove keycaps. They can be cleaned with mild soap and water, then thoroughly dried before reinstallation.
- Swichi: Use compressed air to remove dust and debris from around and within the switches. Avoid spraying liquids directly into the switches.

5.2 Replacing Switches (Hot-swap Feature)

- If possible, try a different USB-C cable.

- Carefully remove the keycap and then the switch for the non-functioning key using the provided tools.
- Inspect the switch pins for any bends or damage. Straighten bent pins gently if possible.
- Reinsert the switch firmly. If the issue persists, try swapping it with a known working switch from a less critical key.
- Ensure no debris is obstructing the switch socket.
- Backlight Issues:
- Check the keyboard's function key combinations for backlight control (e.g., Fn + arrow keys, Fn + specific F-keys) to ensure it's not simply turned off or set to minimum brightness.
- If the backlight is completely off or flickering, try reconnecting the keyboard.
