This manual provides detailed instructions for the operation and maintenance of your Radioddity RF23 Portable Radio. The RF23 is a compact, multi-functional device featuring AM/FM/Shortwave radio reception, an MP3 music player, an alarm clock, and a built-in flashlight. Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure proper functionality and longevity of your device.

2. Bidhaa Imeishaview
2.1. Vipengele na Udhibiti
The Radioddity RF23 features a user-friendly layout with essential controls and ports for various functions.

3. Kuweka
3.1. Ufungaji na Kuchaji Betri

- Insert the provided 800 mAh Li-ion battery, ensuring correct polarity.

4. Maagizo ya Uendeshaji
4.1. Radio Mode (AM/FM/Shortwave)
- Chagua Bendi: Bonyeza kwa MODE button repeatedly to cycle through FM, AM, and Shortwave (SW) bands. The selected band will be displayed on the LCD.
- Panua Antena: For optimal reception, fully extend the telescopic antenna when listening to FM or Shortwave. For AM, try rotating the radio for best signal.

4.2. MP3 Player Mode
The RF23 supports MP3 playback from Micro SD (TF) cards and USB drives.
- Ingiza Kifaa cha Hifadhi: Insert a TF card into the TF card slot or a USB drive into the USB drive slot. Ensure the device contains MP3 audio files.
- Select MP3 Mode: Bonyeza kwa MODE button until "MP3" or a similar indicator appears on the LCD. The radio will automatically begin playing the first track.
- Udhibiti wa Uchezaji:
- Cheza/Sitisha: Press the Play/Pause (▶⏸) button to pause or resume playback.
- Wimbo Ufuatao / Uliopita: Use the Previous (◀◀) or Next (▶▶) buttons to skip tracks.
- Direct Track Selection: Use the number pad (0-9) to enter the track number directly.

4.3. Kazi ya Saa ya Kengele
The RF23 includes an alarm clock feature. Refer to the specific instructions on your device for setting the time and alarm. Typically, this involves pressing and holding a "TIME" or "SET" button, then using the number pad or navigation buttons to adjust hours and minutes, and finally confirming the alarm activation.
4.4. Tochi
To activate the built-in flashlight, press the LED button. Press it again to turn off the flashlight.

4.5. Matumizi ya Vipaza sauti
Plug any standard 3.5mm headphones into the headphone jack for private listening. When headphones are connected, audio will be routed through them, and the external speaker will be muted.

5. Matengenezo
- Kusafisha: Tumia kitambaa laini na kikavu kusafisha sehemu ya nje ya redio. Epuka kutumia visafishaji abrasive au vimumunyisho.
- Utunzaji wa Betri: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. If storing the radio for an extended period, charge the battery partially (around 50%) and recharge every few months.
