- Locate the cable attachment point on the LifePod 20.
- Thread the loop end of the cable through the attachment point.
- Pass the other end of the cable (with the metal stopper) through the loop and pull tight.
- Secure the cable to a sturdy, immovable object.

1. Unlocking the LifePod 20

2. Locking the LifePod 20
To lock the case, simply close the lid and press and hold the lock pad (usually indicated by a lock icon) on the keypad until the internal locking mechanism engages. Ensure the side compression latches are fully closed for a secure and weatherproof seal.

The LifePod 20 offers versatile storage options:

The 9V alkaline battery typically lasts up to one year under normal use. When the battery is low, the keypad lights may dim or respond slowly. Replace the battery as described in the "Setup" section.
