Kuweka na Kukusanya
Follow the numbered steps in the instruction diagrams provided within the kit packaging. The general assembly sequence is as follows:
- Part Preparation: Carefully remove parts from the sprues using nippers or a hobby knife. Clean any mold lines or excess plastic (flash) with a hobby knife or sandpaper. Test fit parts before applying glue.
- Cockpit/Interior Assembly: Assemble any interior components such as the cockpit (if applicable for this UAV model) or equipment bays as per the instructions. Paint these sub-assemblies before closing them within the fuselage.
- Mkutano wa Fuselage: Join the fuselage halves. Ensure proper alignment and use clamps or tape to hold them while the glue dries. Fill and sand any seams for a smooth finish.
- Wing and Tail Assembly: Attach the wings and tailplane components to the fuselage. Pay close attention to dihedral angles and alignment.
- Vifaa vya Kutua: Assemble and attach the landing gear. Decide whether to build the model in a 'gear up' (in-flight) or 'gear down' (on-ground) configuration, and follow the corresponding instructions.
- External Details: Add smaller external components such as antennas, sensors, and other delicate parts.
- Clear Parts: Attach clear parts (e.g., sensor windows) using clear-part-specific glue to avoid fogging. Mask these areas before painting.
- Uchoraji: Apply primer, then base coats, and finally detail painting according to your chosen scheme. Allow each coat to dry thoroughly.
- Tumia Maombi: Once paint is dry and a gloss coat is applied, carefully cut out decals. Dip them in water for a few seconds, then slide them onto the model. Use decal setting solutions to help them conform to surfaces and eliminate silvering.

Kutatua matatizo
Common issues and their solutions during model assembly:
- Sehemu zisizofaa: Ensure all mold lines and flash are removed. Lightly sand the mating surfaces. If parts are warped, gentle heat (e.g., from warm water) can sometimes be used to reshape them, but proceed with caution.
- Gaps Between Parts: Use plastic filler putty to fill gaps. Once dry, sand smooth and re-prime/paint the area.
- Decals Not Adhering/Silvering: Ensure the surface is glossy before applying decals. Use decal setting solutions to help them conform to irregular surfaces and eliminate trapped air (silvering). Apply a clear gloss coat before decals and a clear flat/satin coat after.
- Masuala ya rangi: Ensure surfaces are clean and dry before painting. Apply thin coats to avoid obscuring detail. Allow sufficient drying time between coats.
