Use the 'IN' and 'OUT' buttons on the keypad before performing authentication to record attendance events. For example, press 'IN', then authenticate with fingerprint or PIN.

8.4 Viewing Rekodi

9.3 Data Download and Reporting

Connect the VF10 to the CrossChex software via TCP/IP or Mini USB to download attendance logs and user data. The software can then generate various reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly attendance summaries, late arrivals, early departures, and overtime.
