- A successful pairing will be indicated by an audible beep and/or a specific LED pattern on both the scanner and the base.

Scanning a Barcode:
- Point the scan window of the Gryphon GM4500 at the barcode you wish to read.
- Press and hold the trigger button. A red aiming beam or illumination pattern will appear.

- Once the barcode is successfully read, the scanner will emit a short beep and/or an indicator light will flash green. The data will be transmitted to your host system.
Reading Difficult Barcodes:
For poorly printed, damaged, or reflective barcodes, try adjusting the distance and angle of the scanner. Sometimes, scanning from a slight angle can improve readability.
