This manual provides essential instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your PUR PLUS 30-Cup Water Filter Dispenser. Please read this guide thoroughly before using your dispenser to ensure proper function and longevity.
The PUR PLUS dispenser is designed to provide cleaner, great-tasting water by reducing lead, microplastics, and other chemical and physical substances from your tap water. It features a large 30-cup capacity, a slim design for refrigerator storage, and a filter change indicator light.

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. The package includes one dispenser and one PUR PLUS filter.
Before first use, wash all parts of the dispenser (except the filter) with mild soap and water. The dispenser reservoir, lid, and handle are dishwasher safe. Rinse thoroughly.

2. Filter Preparation and Installation

- Ensure the filter is fully seated to prevent leaks and ensure proper filtration.

1. Filling the Dispenser
Open the lid of the dispenser. Fill the upper reservoir with cold tap water. The water will slowly filter through to the lower reservoir. Do not overfill past the maximum fill line.

3. Filter Change Indicator Light

1. Cleaning the Dispenser
Regular cleaning of your dispenser is recommended. All parts, except the filter, are dishwasher safe. For manual cleaning, use mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

Replace your PUR PLUS filter every 2 months or after filtering 40 gallons of water, whichever comes first. The filter indicator light will signal when a replacement is needed.

- Dispenser Leaks: Check that the filter is securely twisted into its housing. Ensure all parts of the dispenser are correctly assembled. Inspect the dispenser for any visible cracks or damage.
- Filter Indicator Light Not Working: Ensure the battery in the indicator is functional. If the light does not respond after pressing the reset button, contact customer support.
