1. Utangulizi
This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of the KERUI D025 433MHz Wireless Magnetic Door Window Alarm Sensor. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure proper function and safety. This device is designed to enhance security by detecting the opening of doors or windows.
2. Bidhaa Imeishaview
The KERUI D025 is a two-part wireless magnetic sensor system. It consists of a main sensor unit and a smaller magnetic strip. When installed on a door or window, the separation of these two parts triggers an alarm signal, which is then transmitted wirelessly to a compatible 433MHz alarm host (not included). The sensor is designed for easy installation and reliable performance.

Kielelezo cha 1: The KERUI D025 Wireless Magnetic Door Window Alarm Sensor. This image displays the two primary components of the sensor: the larger main unit, which houses the electronics and battery, and the smaller magnetic strip. Both components are white with rounded edges, and the main unit features the 'KERUI' logo in blue. They are shown side-by-side, illustrating their intended proximity when installed.
3. Yaliyomo kwenye Kifurushi
Please verify that all items are present and in good condition upon unpacking:
- 1 x KERUI D025 Main Sensor Unit
- 1 x Magnetic Strip
- Mounting Screws/Adhesive Tape (may vary by package)
- 1 x Mwongozo wa Mtumiaji (hati hii)
4. Kuweka na Kuweka
4.1. Ufungaji wa Betri
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the main sensor unit.
- Fungua kifuniko cha compartment.
- Insert the specified battery type (e.g., 12V 23A battery, refer to product packaging for exact type) ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Funga kifuniko cha sehemu ya betri kwa usalama.
4.2. Kuweka Sensorer
The sensor should be mounted on a door or window frame, with the main unit and magnetic strip aligned and in close proximity when the door/window is closed.
- Identify the desired location on your door or window frame. Ensure the surfaces are clean and dry.
- Mount the main sensor unit on the fixed frame of the door or window.
- Mount the magnetic strip on the moving part of the door or window, directly adjacent to the main sensor unit. The alignment marks (if present) on both parts should face each other.
- Ensure the gap between the main unit and the magnetic strip is no more than 1 cm (approximately 0.4 inches) when the door/window is closed.
- Use either the provided adhesive tape for a quick installation or screws for a more permanent fixture. If using screws, pre-drill pilot holes if necessary.
4.3. Pairing with Alarm Host
The KERUI D025 sensor operates at 433MHz and needs to be paired with a compatible wireless alarm host system. Refer to your alarm host's manual for specific pairing instructions. Generally, the process involves:
- Put your alarm host into 'learning' or 'pairing' mode.
- Trigger the D025 sensor by separating the main unit and magnetic strip (e.g., by opening the door/window).
- The alarm host should register the sensor. Confirm successful pairing on your alarm host.
5. Maagizo ya Uendeshaji
Once installed and paired, the KERUI D025 sensor operates automatically. When the door or window it is protecting is opened, the magnetic strip separates from the main sensor unit. This separation triggers the sensor to transmit a wireless alarm signal to the paired alarm host. The alarm host will then react according to its programmed settings (e.g., sound an siren, send a notification).
- Kichochezi cha Kengele: Separation of the main unit and magnetic strip.
- Kiashiria cha LED: A small LED on the main unit may flash briefly when triggered, indicating signal transmission.
6. Matengenezo
6.1. Kubadilisha Betri
When the battery level is low, the sensor may send a low battery signal to the alarm host, or its LED indicator might behave differently (e.g., constant glow or specific flash pattern). Replace the battery promptly to ensure continuous protection.
- Fungua sehemu ya betri kama ilivyoelezwa katika Sehemu ya 4.1.
- Ondoa betri ya zamani.
- Insert a new battery of the same type and voltage, observing correct polarity.
- Funga kifuniko cha chumba.
6.2. Kusafisha
Wipe the sensor units with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the casing au vipengele vya ndani.
6.3. Upimaji wa Kawaida
It is recommended to test the sensor periodically (e.g., monthly) to ensure it is functioning correctly. Arm your alarm system and then open the door or window where the sensor is installed to verify that the alarm is triggered.
7. Utatuzi wa shida
- Sensor not triggering alarm:
- Check battery: Ensure the battery is correctly installed and not depleted. Replace if necessary.
- Check alignment: Verify that the main unit and magnetic strip are properly aligned and within the specified gap (max 1 cm) when the door/window is closed.
- Check pairing: Ensure the sensor is successfully paired with your alarm host. Re-pair if needed.
- Check alarm host status: Ensure your alarm host is armed and functioning correctly.
- Kengele za uwongo:
- Check mounting: Ensure the sensor is securely mounted and not shifting, causing accidental separation.
- Environmental factors: Strong vibrations or magnetic interference nearby could potentially cause issues. Relocate if possible.
- Kiashiria cha chini cha betri:
- Replace the battery immediately as per Section 6.1.
8. Vipimo
- Mfano: D025
- Mzunguko wa Wireless: 433MHz
- Detection Gap: < 1 cm (approx. 0.4 inches)
