4. Kuweka
- Kufungua: Ondoa kwa uangalifu vifaa vyote kutoka kwa kifurushi. Angalia uharibifu wowote wakati wa usafiri.
- Mkutano wa Gurudumu: Attach the wheels to the designated axles on the compressor frame using the provided nuts and bolts.
- Hushughulikia Ufungaji: Secure the transport handle to the compressor body with the screws and Allen key provided.
- Anti-Vibration Foot: Install the rubber anti-vibration foot at the front support point using the screw and nut.
- Angalia kiwango cha mafuta: Before first use, verify the oil level in the motor unit. The compressor is typically supplied with the necessary oil, but a check is recommended. Ensure the oil filler cap is securely in place.
- Uwekaji: Position the compressor on a firm, level surface in a well-ventilated area. Ensure adequate space around the unit for air circulation.
- Muunganisho wa Nishati: Unganisha kishinikiza kwenye soketi inayofaa ya umeme ya 230V.
5. Maagizo ya Uendeshaji
- Kuanzisha Kikompresa:
- Ensure the power switch is in the "OFF" position before plugging in.
- Plug the compressor into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Turn the power switch to the "ON" position. The compressor will begin to fill the air tank until it reaches its maximum pressure (10 bar), then it will automatically shut off.
- Kuunganisha Vifaa vya Hewa:
- Attach your air hose to the quick-lock coupling.
- Connect your desired air tool to the other end of the hose.
- Kurekebisha Shinikizo la Pato:
- Use the red pressure regulator knob to set the desired working pressure.
- Monitor the regulated output pressure on the corresponding pressure gauge.
- Maombi: The compressor is suitable for various tasks including tire inflation, blowing dust, operating spray guns, impact wrenches, and staplers/nailers.

6. Matengenezo
Matengenezo ya mara kwa mara huhakikisha uimara na utendaji bora wa compressor yako.
- Mifereji ya maji ya Condensate: After each use, or at least daily, drain the condensate from the air tank. Place a container under the drain valve (Figure 5) and slowly open the valve to release accumulated moisture. Close the valve securely afterward. This prevents rust and corrosion inside the tank.
- Angalia kiwango cha mafuta: Periodically check the oil level using the oil level indicator. If necessary, top up with appropriate compressor oil.
- Kusafisha Kichujio cha Hewa: Inspect and clean the air filter regularly. A clogged air filter can reduce compressor efficiency.
- Usafishaji wa jumla: Weka compressor safi na bila vumbi na uchafu.
