Inspect the massager for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.

The massager stops working unexpectedly.	The massager has a 15-minute auto-timer. If it stops after this period, it is normal. If it stops prematurely, unplug it, wait a few minutes, and plug it back in. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
