- Uchujaji Polepole: If water filters slowly, it may indicate the filter is nearing the end of its life due to accumulated impurities. Check the TDS reading and replace the filter if it's 006 or higher.
- Ladha Isiyo ya Kawaida: A sudden change in water taste (e.g., bitter, fishy) is a strong indicator that the filter needs to be replaced immediately. This means the filter media is saturated.
- TDS Reading Not Zero: If your filtered water's TDS reading is not 000-001, ensure the filter is properly screwed into the reservoir and that the reservoir is correctly seated in the dispenser. If the issue persists and the reading is 006 or higher, replace the filter.
