7.2. Starting an Engraving Task
- Prepare your design: Open the NEJE software. Drag your desired image into the designated area on the control page.

The 1500MW blue and purple laser head offers higher speed and supports engraving on a variety of materials, including hard wood, plastic, bamboo, rubber, leather, and cut paper. It is generally not suitable for engraving on glass.

- Q: Are the material and laser settings correct?
- A: Adjust the burning time and laser power settings in the software according to the material type and desired engraving depth. Different materials require different settings.
- Q: Is the laser lens clean?
- A: A dirty lens can significantly reduce laser power. Clean the lens as described in the Maintenance section.
- Q: Is the material suitable for engraving?
- A: The engraver works on hard wood, plastic, bamboo, rubber, leather, and cut paper. It is not suitable for glass or reflective metals.
9.3. Connection Issues (Software Not Detecting Machine)
- Q: Are the drivers installed correctly?
- A: Reinstall the software and drivers from the provided CD or official webtovuti.

11. Udhamini na Msaada

NEJE guarantees that its laser engraver products will not malfunction due to defects in materials and workmanship within the specified warranty period.

11.2. Items Not Covered by Warranty
