3. Kuweka

3.1 Kuchaji Awali

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the device. The unit is equipped with a built-in 4400mAh lithium battery, providing approximately 4 hours of continuous operation on a full charge.

  1. Connect the provided Type-C USB cable to the device's USB port.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to the included power adapter.

3.2 Connecting Probes and Leads

Proper connection of probes and leads is crucial for accurate measurements and safe operation.

  • Oscilloscope Probes: Connect the oscilloscope probe(s) to the CH1 and CH2 BNC connectors on the top of the device.
  • Multimeter Leads: For multimeter functions, connect the measuring pens to the designated input connectors (VΩ+C, COM, mA, A) at the bottom of the device. Ensure correct polarity and function selection.
  • Waveform Generator Output (HDS2102S only): Connect the BNC to alligator clip cable or other suitable cable to the GEN Out BNC connector on the top for waveform output.

4. Maagizo ya Uendeshaji

4.3 Multimeter Function

The integrated multimeter provides 20,000 counts with true RMS measurement capabilities. It supports auto-ranging for ease of use.

  • Vipimo: Capable of measuring voltage (AC 750V, DC 1000V max input), current (DC 10A, AC 10A max input), resistance, diode, capacitance, and continuity.

4.4 Waveform Generator Function (HDS2102S Only)

The HDS2102S model includes a 25MHz waveform generator with a 125MSa/s sampling rate and 14-bit vertical resolution. It supports an 8K waveform length and a 5Vpp output ampelimu.
