3.1 Attaching the Camera to the Cage

The camera cage utilizes a three-point locking mechanism to securely attach your camera. Align your camera with the cage and ensure the three contact points are engaged for a stable connection. Use the provided slotted and Allen key to tighten the mounting screw at the bottom of the cage.

The cage includes an HDMI and USB-C Cable Clamp to secure your cables and prevent accidental disconnection or damage during operation. Attach the clamp to the cage and route your HDMI and USB-C cables through it, then tighten the individual locking mechanisms.

3.3 Lens Adapter Compatibility

The cage is designed to preserve access to all camera controls and optimize ventilation, even with lens adapters. It is compatible with most industry-standard lens adapters, including full compatibility with PDCO Adapters, ensuring sufficient adapter clearance.

3.4 Dedicated Adapter Support System

The cage features two M3 threads for a dedicated adapter support system, which improves convenience for camera installation and ensures stability for heavier lens setups.

3.5 Arca Bottom Plate and Mounting Points

The integrated Arca bottom plate allows for quick and easy mounting to various tripods, support systems, and DJI Ronin gimbals (e.g., RS4 Pro). The cage also features multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads with locating points for attaching additional accessories like monitors, microphones, or lights.

5. Matengenezo

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your TILTA Full Camera Cage, follow these maintenance guidelines:
