Maagizo ya Kuweka
1. Kuweka Mota
- Attach the transom mount bracket to the transom of your boat. Ensure it is securely fastened using the provided clamps and bolts. The bracket allows for angle adjustment.
- Insert the motor shaft into the bracket. Adjust the depth collar to set the desired propeller depth in the water. The propeller should be submerged sufficiently to avoid cavitation.
- Tighten all adjustment points to ensure the motor is stable and will not shift during operation.

2. Muunganisho wa Betri
This motor requires a 24V DC power supply. It is recommended to use two 12V 105AH deep cycle batteries connected in series.
- Ensure the motor is OFF before connecting batteries.
- Connect the positive (+) terminal of the first 12V battery to the negative (-) terminal of the second 12V battery using a short jumper cable.
- Connect the positive (+) lead from the trolling motor to the remaining positive (+) terminal of the second battery.
- Connect the negative (-) lead from the trolling motor to the remaining negative (-) terminal of the first battery.
- Double-check all connections for tightness and correct polarity. Incorrect wiring can damage the motor and batteries.
Maagizo ya Uendeshaji
1. Power On/Off and Battery Display
The control head features a power display to indicate battery status. Turn the motor on using the main power switch (if present, otherwise, it powers on when connected to battery). The display will show the current battery level.

2. Udhibiti wa kasi
The Protruar motor features stepless speed control for both forward (FWD) and reverse (REV) operation. Rotate the handle or control knob to increase or decrease speed smoothly. There are no fixed speed settings, allowing for precise control.

Matengenezo
- Baada ya Kila Matumizi: Rinse the motor, especially the propeller and lower unit, with fresh water to remove salt, sand, and debris.
- Ukaguzi wa Propeller: Regularly check the propeller for fishing line, weeds, or damage. Remove any obstructions carefully. If the propeller is damaged, replace it.
- Viunganisho vya Umeme: Periodically inspect all electrical connections for corrosion or looseness. Clean and tighten as necessary. Apply dielectric grease to terminals for added protection.
- Shaft and Mount: Ensure the shaft and mounting bracket are free from corrosion and operate smoothly. Lubricate moving parts if needed.
- Hifadhi: When not in use for extended periods, store the motor in a dry, well-ventilated area. Disconnect the battery.

Vidokezo vya Watumiaji
- Uteuzi wa Betri: The motor does not include a battery. For optimal performance and runtime, use two 12V 105AH deep cycle batteries connected in series to achieve the required 24V.
- Propeller Depth: Adjust the motor's depth so that the propeller is always fully submerged, even in choppy water, to maximize efficiency and prevent cavitation.
- Udhibiti wa kasi usio na hatua: Chukua advantage of the stepless speed control for precise boat positioning and trolling speeds, especially useful in varying current conditions.
