This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, use, and maintenance of your Powell Heavy Metal Twin-Over-Twin Bunk Bed. Please read all instructions carefully before assembly and retain this manual for future reference. The bunk bed is designed for durability and versatility, offering two twin-sized sleeping spaces within a compact footprint, or convertible into two separate twin beds.

Taarifa Muhimu za Usalama

Hardware (screws, washers, nuts, Allen wrench) will be included in a separate package. Please verify all hardware is present before starting assembly.
Maagizo ya Kuweka
Assembly requires at least two adults. Do not overtighten screws during initial assembly; tighten all fasteners securely once the bed is fully assembled.
Step 1: Assemble the Lower Bed Frame
Attach the Lower Panels (B) to the Lower Bed Frame (C) using the provided bolts, washers, and nuts (L+K+J). Ensure all connections are secure but do not fully tighten yet. Use the Allen wrench (M).

Step 2: Attach Connection Posts
Insert the four Connection Posts (G) into the top of the posts of the assembled Lower Bed Frame (B).

Step 3: Attach Upper Panels
Place the Upper Panels (A) onto the Connection Posts (G) on the Lower Bed Frame. Ensure they are seated correctly.

Step 4: Assemble the Upper Bed Frame
Attach the Upper Bed Frame (D) to the Upper Panels (A) using the remaining bolts, washers, and nuts (L+K+J). Fully tighten all fasteners from Step 1 and Step 4 now. Use the Allen wrench (M).

Step 5: Install Guardrails and Ladder
Attach the Guardrails (E) to the Upper Panels (A) using the designated screws (I) and the Allen wrench (M). Ensure they are securely fastened on both long sides of the upper bunk. Hook the Ladder (F) onto the side of the Upper Bed Frame (D). Ensure the hooks are fully engaged and the ladder is stable. Some models may include additional fasteners (H) to secure the ladder to the upper bed frame (D) using screws (M). Refer to the detailed diagram for proper placement and tightening with the Allen wrench (O).

Hatua ya 6: Sakinisha Caps
Place the plastic Caps (N) onto any exposed posts for a finished look and added safety.

Conversion to Two Free-Standing Beds
Your bunk bed can be converted into two separate twin beds. Follow these instructions carefully:
- Remove the Ladder (F) and Guardrails (E).
- Carefully lift the Upper Bed Frame (D) off the Connection Posts (G).
- Remove the Connection Posts (G) from the Lower Bed Frame (B).
- Attach the Upper Panels (A) to the Upper Bed Frame (D) using the appropriate hardware (L+K+J) to form the second twin bed.
- Install Caps (N) on any exposed posts of both new twin beds.

Matengenezo
- Regularly inspect all bolts and connections to ensure they remain tight. Retighten as necessary to maintain structural integrity.
